Buildings range from garden-style and mid-rise apartments built in the 1970s and 1980s to a high-rise completed in 1992, and many units look out over the community’s lakes.
Amenities vary by association but include a clubhouse, heated pool, fitness center, tennis courts and walking and biking paths around the water.
